Flight Level, a Spanish manufacturer of cabin crew training simulators, has delivered to Gulf Aviation Academy (GAA), in Bahrain, an A321 NEO Over-Wing Exit (OWE) simulator as part of a recently announced major joint partnership between Simloc and GAA that will see them working together to support aeronautical training in the Gulf and its area of influence.

The simulator has recently been installed at the Gulf Aviation Academy headquarters, close to Bahrain International Airport. GAA will use this simulator for both pilots and cabin crew as new A321 NEO aircraft are added to the Gulf Air fleet from 2020 onwards.

Bahrain Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA) has certified the simulator, thus becoming one of the first to be recognized in the Gulf area, which will train thousands of cabin crew from various airlines in the region. “For Flight Level it is an enormous pride to have been chosen by GAA to manufacture the OWE of the A321 Neo, something that would not have been possible without the participation of Simloc”, Juan Manuel Martín, Flight Level CEO, said.

Simloc is associated with Flight Level and promotes and markets all its products, emergency doors and windows, passenger cabin and fire simulators and emergency equipment for Cabin Crew training. “The arrival of this OWE simulator to Bahrain is extraordinary news for all parties”, Carlos Pérez CEO of Simloc declared. “It will help us to promote our products and services in Bahrain and in GAA’s areas of influence, fundamentally the Middle East, North Africa and India”.
